Oh great, it happened yet again. People saying this is scary as hell and will make me not want to sleep for a week, the same people also used this to describe Paranormal Activity and Blair Witch Project.
Well like those two films, I can sum up Insidious the same way, it sucks. Insidious is so uninteresting and has no real horror elements, aside from a cheap jump scare or two. The story is dull and ends horribly, the acting is at best fair, the writing is basic, and the direction is clichéd.
Insidious is just another shitty Hollywood horror film that sucks and can't do what it was meant to by its genre, scare.
