I have no idea what they were thinking making this film. I feel like Fox was trying to compete with the Star Wars and Star Trek franchises but failed miserably. The acting was poor, the dialogue was trying to be cute by trying to have humor.
The storyline was poor and dull. And the effects would be good if it was a movie for the scyfy network. I am being generous by giving it one star for having some of the old cast back. Grade F.
