Review of Incredibles 2 (2018) by Eljon — 16 Jun 2018
Walking into the cinema I was hyped but I had my doubts since it might not match up to the first film. But after watching the film, I could say it was worth the wait. A phenomenal film and it really takes you back.
The nostalgia is just amazing. The film may not match up to the first film,but it really comes so close. Its really a great film and is just breathtaking. I believe that the story is not as strong as the first one and there are times where you don't feel the scenes.
But most of them are spot-on and are really funny. Funnier than the first film to be honest. Overall the film is great. And is just a fun family film and you wouldn't want to miss it on the big screen.
It may be 15 years too late, but that wait was just worth it. Brad Bird is just really phenomenal. I hope you watch this in cinema, because it was such a pleasure. Great film and worth every single penny.
