Very intriguing, amazing cinematography but I still don't understand the director's motivation behind the choice to keep the viewer in the dark about which country is being portrayed throughout the film.
Although it was obviously about Lebanon ( apparently many viewers did not realize this!), most characters don't speak with a Lebanese accent. Personally I found that quite distracting and unnecessary.
