Cinematic proof that profanity IS big and very clever, when executed with this level of skill.
I'm late seeing this but in retrospect its 2009s best film for me.
And I don't care how noble or harrowing "Precious" is - that this didn't win an Oscar for its screenplay is as funny as F * * CUNT!
I was hurting from laughter at this film and, despite not being able to sustain its shock & awe approach throughout the middle section, it is always chucklesome at the very least and more often than not down right hilarious.
