Review of In the Heart of the Sea (2015) by Jonathan K — 06 May 2016
Engaging fictionalized adaptation of Nathaniel Philbrick's excellent book of the same name. It ties the real-life Essex disaster to the fiction masterpiece, Moby Dick through the character of Herman Melville.
The movie is best seen by someone who has read the two relevant books first, which I suspect few, if any of the the "critics" here have done.
