The book is better than this film by surprise. This movie is very boring and dull and its life of pi without the wit and excitement/ drama. This movie is gorgeous and has good cgi but that's all it has going for it and it has a few action bits and their quite nice.
But the rest of the movie the crew is stranded on a boat and it's very boring and not much excitement. Rate 6.5/10.
