An unashamedly romantic film shot like a nouvelle vague. The photography of L.A. and the grainy shots are wonderful, every shot could be a still it's that gorgeous. But more importantly is the sentiment running throughout of wanting to connect with someone and the lengths someone will go to to avoid loneliness.
Pretty lovely lo-fi soundtrack too.
