Review of In Bruges (2008) by Geoffrey T — 11 Apr 2012
I really enjoyed this film. It was dark, dramatic, and loaded with witty one-liners. A really good genre-defying story with many heartfelt, touching moments strewn all about that really help you get a feel for all the characters.
Colin Farrell was amazing in this film, and Brendan Gleeson just can't do anything wrong. Ralph Fiennes was also good as Ken and Ray's boss, and he was a chillingly effective villain. This film will definitely go on my list for the best of 2008.
