Review of In Bruges (2008) by Scraper — 20 Jun 2018
Adding gunplay to a movie sometimes will cripple it for cleverness and this very much applies to In Bruges. Not funny enough to be a dark comedy, eventually In Bruges chooses to shoot it's way into conclusions.
This movie is about a European city and a few guns. Trying to inject humor and suspense and whatever else seemed an afterthought.
