A nice comedy about a woman making her way in a man's world. I would also say it's about father-daughter relationships, some men aging and becoming driven by their own thoughts about their supremacy (sexual prowess).
And yes there is some love here and there so in the end you can classify this as a romantic comedy (same way as Silver Lining could be classified as a Romantic comedy).
