Virtuoso film-making creates some wonderful moments. I am not sure if they work together. Interesting stories and Susanne Bier's skill makes promising viewing. Music, acting, editing, Use of Camera & Cinematography are top notch and so are many scenes but it didn't make sense to me when you put them together.
Wonderful landscape shots make it a very pretty looking film. In all the film doesn't work as its promise.... however it has got an Oscar ahead of Buitiful & Incendies. Need to check Susanne Bier's Brothers.
