Review of Immortal Beloved (1994) by Shade C — 23 Feb 2007
Tragically beautiful and so sad. I think this may be one of the best (if not the best) movie Gary has ever done. The moment when he closes the grand and puts his ear to the top and starts to play Moonlight Sonata made me cry.
Beethoven was such a great man with so much talent but so much turmoil in his life. It's a beautiful love tragedy that I highly recommend.
