Review of I'm a Cyborg, But That's OK (2006) by Andrew C — 10 Nov 2008
An awkward and quiet film, but one which rewards with tiny moments of uplifting beauty, and a couple of fantasy violence. The more touching instances of mental institution inmates banding together are very well done, and the acting is top-notch.
Definitely a film to watch more than once to get the best from, particularly as the subtitles distract, at times, from many delightful background details.
