Not the best mental institution romantic drama we've seen, but that's ok. This movie picks up steam in the second half but it needed more focus overall to make it effective, especially when you consider that we all know this type of story.
Person enters institution. Kooky, lovable fellow patients help person recover. Or caring, thoughtful doctor helps person recover. Whoever helps is also helped themselves. The two main actors have a sweet, goofy chemistry that goes along with the conclusion of the story, so that's ok too.
Not bad, just not what it could have been.
