Well, to start off, this film is Korean, and if you've ever seen any film made by an Asian before, you pretty much know what to expect; it's greatest strength is also it's greatest weakness.
I'm a Cyborg, But That's OK is so strange, absurd, and pointless, that while part of you feels that this film is not worth your time, the other part of you laughs every time something absurd is thrown at you.
I rate I'm A Cyborg, But That's OK 6.5/10, placing it in the top 47% of all movies I have seen.
