It's eccentric and romantic in some of the strangest ways, and the characters that fill the mental institution are as colorful as the protagonist's toenails when she's fully charged. "I'm a Cyborg, But That's OK" works wonderfully, and is complemented by Chan Wook Park's uniquely playful style.
