Review of Ichi the Killer (2001) by Kevin G — 23 May 2009
Went into this hearing that it's an amazing movie if you can stomach it, and that definitely rang true for me. It is incredibly violent and incredibly messed up, yes, but the characters involved are actually incredibly interesting and well concepted and portrayed, and technically, I found the movie incredibly well done.
