Review of I Love You to Death (1990) by Blondes Do Have More Fun! — 24 May 2008
One of my favorite comedies of all time. An ensemble cast that each one stands up to the task at hand. It is bittersweet to watch River Phoenix as this talent left us way too soon. I absolutely love Joan Plowright's character and that is played to a T! Also, Keanu Reeves and William Hurt as Harlen and Marlan.
The scenes they're in is worth the price of the movie. A stellar cast and funny and a little walk on the "noir" side too!
