Review of I, Daniel Blake (2016) by Wendé M — 11 Nov 2016

As I have come to expect from director, Ken Loach, this film is utterly wonderful. I was born before the UK had a publicly owned NHS, or Welfare Benefits system. Those were not good times for disadvantaged people, and it has been devastating watching those bad times returning.

I Daniel Blake, is an excellent microcosm of how this country is sliding backwards. All the actors were superb. Top marks!
