Husk could have been much better--it is completely derivative supernatural slasher fare, but it does feature some genuinely creepy moments. However, these are just recycled over and over again throughout the film.
Husk represents a decent entry in the bizarrely growing sub-genre of scarecrow horror films that develops an eerie atmosphere, but it lacks enough to support the entire running length.
