Review of Hukkle (2002) by Krisztina M — 25 Apr 2010
Captivating story of mass murder in a rural village, despite the absence of any dialog.
Unique, dark and mysterious.
Although the storyline is willingly minimalistic, the photography and choice of actors, places, render an original and vivid image of deep Hungarian countryside.
Disturbing Taxidermia's director debut film.
