Review of How to Marry a Millionaire (1953) by Vadim D — 29 Oct 2014
Its one of those movies that has a shallow title to it. Either way, love the three ladies in this movie. My favorite was Marilyn Monroe she had a presence in it and the glasses made her look even better.
Second favorite was Betty, she was ditzy but with a little bit of a stronger character than Marilyn. Love Lauren Bacall for her strong futures and voice. I don't think it was her right role compare to the other ones.
She was obviously the smart one and the one with the whole planning. At the same time, her character was not very likeable. The other ones yes where looking for rich guys but they also saw past that which was refreshing.
