Review of House of Wax (2005) by Burton D — 19 Oct 2011
Shockingly this movie ain't half bad. This is slasher 101 and all the necessary beats are struck satisfyingly enough. The location is creepy, a few of the murders are rather inspired, and the climax has some creative ideas.
I just wish this could have fleshed out those ideas just a tad more.
