Review of House II: The Second Story (1987) by Anthony V — 24 Aug 2016
In name only sequel. Less a horror comedy and more of a dark fantasy/(unfunny) comedy. The story had potential but is too episodic (why do they keep putting the damn skull over the fireplace to be stolen again and again?!) All the females are less characters and more cardboard cutouts.
John Ratzenberger has the best character, who is introduced too late and gone too soon. Not even in the so bad it's good category.
