I thought it was funnier than the first HOT SHOTS movie. Two scens stand out, one involves Charlie Sheen and his father (Martin) in a satire of APOCALYPSE NOW's voiceover narration and the other occurs after Charlie's character (Topper Harley) restores the confidence of fellow-commando Miguel Ferrer: "Thank you Topper.
I can kill again, I have a reason to live!!".
