It's so insane that it works. It spoofs up Rambo, Terminator etc... Charlie Sheen should do more movies like this. Brilliant funny moments espeically near the end and some great little touches make this a spoof they don't make any more.
Again Lloyd Bridges stills most of the scenes as the president. While some jokes are a little hit and miss, a bad joke is then replaced by an excellent one.
