A woman getting a settlement for spilling coffee on her lap has been a common punchline about frivolous lawsuits, but the truth is much different. This movie shows how important civil lawsuits are in holding companies accountable for their carelessness and disregard for customers and employees.
A little slow in places, but a very important message that is worth seeing.
