This one just never got off the ground. It was pathetically predictable, for one thing, and the "horrific" elements had nothing really on The Cell, 8mm, Se7en, or any other movie with some balls.
Quaid was ok, but Ziyi Zhang was more irritating than psycho. Straight to video, and you can walk straight past it.
