Horsemen had so much potental, but flew short of being extrodinary. It could have been an oscar worthy film. Yet It was an obvious struggle the cast and crew had scene cutbacks due to budget and location options limited to use because of the storyline.
Dennis Quaid was phenominal in acting terms but, it was the final blow the audience knew who the killers were.
