Review of Horsemen (2009) by Curtis L — 09 Sep 2010
Hmm...at first I was like, "awsome, a movie like seven but with the four horsemen of the apocalypse!" Unfortunately, it tries at first to pretty much be an exact rip off of seven, but way suckier.
By the time the baddies begin to unfold the story really falls apart, because they are soooo lame. A bunch of emo kids with the most ridiculously stupid problems ever revenge kill some people (or themselves) and think they're so mystical and powerful.
The only good one was Ziyi Zhang, who is both super hot and super creepy (with added bonus of Peter Stormare in her story). When Patrick Fugit came in as a whiny oppressed gay kid, I had about had it.
Then with Lou Taylor Pucci's part, I about turned it off. Not only was the end really unfullfilling, it never addressed what was supposed to be the big deal part of the story. What happened to the "millions just like them" from the webpage that were all going to kill people too? I guess they didn't matter much.
P.S. how the eff did that kid hook himself up? The end.
