Review of Homicide (1991) by Steve W — 15 Feb 2012
A well acted, directed, and written cop thriller from David Mamet. He weaves an intricate procedural police thriller with themes of identity and culture. Joe Mantegna does a great job and the dialogue is as slick as Roger Deakin's cinematography.
A very simple but perplexing film with a great ending.
