Highly unconventional & quite arty this film from underground French director Leo Carax is a journey through the life of Mr. Oscar a strange individual changing constantly to inhabit different characters.

Metaphor of the art of acting, metaphor uppon life itself, you can read many things in these beautiful sequences. Shot beautifully, with passion & taste, this is an incredibly interesting film, maybe not for a general audience but people who love cinema will probably enjoy this unusual piece of work.
