Review of Hollywoodland (2006) by Paul C — 21 Jan 2008
The most impressive thing about this film is, believe it or not, Ben Affleck's performance as George Reeves. Adrien Brody I can take or leave in anything he does, but the supporting cast does manage to elevate this film slightly above the norm.
It is a bit long, and the flashbacks detract from the drama slightly but on the whole a good noir-esque movie.
