Review of Holiday Inn (1942) by Kelly M — 07 Oct 2007
A take on the "Let's Put on a Show" theme of 1930s & 40s-era studio productions, "Holiday Inn" isn't a movie that is going to change the world. But with both Crosby and Astaire on the top of their respective games, songs from the pen of Irving Berlin -- and elaborate dance & song routines that do justice to all three of these men -- "Holiday Inn" is a wonderful film to spend time with during the holiday season.
One of my favorites.
