Totally ridiculous and utterly repugnant, but it's also a load of fun. Lots of gore, stupidity, and hookers with hearts of gold. It was also curiously offensive, even for a Z-grade exploitation movie, some scenes really bringing it to a strange new level.
Also, Rutger Hauer is the man.
