Review of Hitman: Agent 47 (2015) by Ydnar4 — 07 Dec 2015
I never played the Hitman video game but I thought the movie looked to have a fairly interesting trailer. I thought it looked pretty badass and I must say that I was kind of interested in seeing this. The end result was pretty mediocre.
Hitman: Agent 47 has got some decent action sequences that are entertaining but outside of the action I was nearly falling asleep in the scenes between. The screenwrite from the original failed film was somehow hired again for the reboot and it looks like the result was essentially the same.
The acting isn't terrible with the exception of Zachary Quinto who is extremely wooden. Rupert Friend and Hannah Ware are fine but their characters were just so uninteresting that it really didn't matter how good they were.
Add this one to the long list of crappy video game films.
