Review of High Anxiety (1977) by Brandon C — 17 Nov 2010
This movie was hilarious. I mean it, it was filled to the brim with comedy. It had everything you would expect from the great Mel Brooks. And, of course, it had every single Hitchcock cliche out there, from the asylum to the stabbing in the shower to being attacked by birds.
Can I say I like this movie better than "Spaceballs". Nope, but I can say that this movie reminded me of how great comedy movies could be. Something I needed after watching the vastly over hyped "Anchorman".
