Review of Hesher (2010) by Ippei K — 19 Feb 2012
What I liked most about this movie was the against-type, impressive performances from Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Rainn Wilson. Particularly with JGL, his character is a complete enigma; not too much about him is revealed but you really can't take your eyes off him.
The plot though runs pretty much by the numbers and is not much more than an "okay" story, carried on the performance by its leading man and director.
