Review of Henry: Portrait of a Serial Killer (1986) by Nicolas W — 25 Sep 2018
A movie that masterfully shows you that you don't need a big budget to make a great movie. Michael and Tom disappear into character in a movie that is truly disturbing, since it doesn't focus on the supernatural, but rather on real evil that can actually exist in the world we live in.
Henry: Portrait of a Serial Killer is also probably the most Lynchian movie that is not made by David Lynch. John McNaughton really hits one out of the park with his feature lenght debut.
