As far as musicans go in America, we have it easy. This film chronicles the only metal band in Iraq. Throughout their 7 year existence, they've played 6 shows, become refugees for their music, and have practiced in secret out of fear of being executed for their passion.
I guarantee that none of you have to worry about your practice space being bombed. Made me realize how much I took for granted. If you're a musican, this should be required viewing. It will inspire you, even if you don't like their style.
