Review of Heavy Metal 2000 (2000) by Ralph R — 30 Mar 2008

I did not expect it to be anything like the original because I knew better. I did however like it very much and I do like how they implemented the orb/crystal and the ritual of Taarna into the film. I am also glad that it was a feature length story and did not try to duplicate Heavy Metal by doing short stories.

Great soundtrack, animation, voices, and sci-fantasy elements make this a kick ass fast paced bordeo of blood, tits, and bullets.
