The story was still pretty good for this one. But like they always say, it is not as good as the first. The first had better animation with more hand drawn effects. The animation on this was good, but again, not as good as the original.
I really did still like the movie, but I wish it was linked more towards the original in order to carry the Heavy Metal name.
