Review of Heaven (2002) by Carlos F — 19 Sep 2007
Solid acting by the leads (Cate Blanchett especially) and Tom Tykwer's direction always has a nice poetic style to it, but the film isn't as emotionally evolving as it could have been, it's often cold and distant, thus making it not as suspenseful and tense as it could have been.
Yet as already mentioned, the acting and direction pull you through it.
