Review of Heat (1995) by Nicolas U — 18 Nov 2011
This for me is by far the best Michael Mann film made, even better than "The Last of the Mohicans." Just the fact that Robert De Niro and Al Pacino go face to face made me want to watch this.
With such an incredible screenplay with rich dialogue delivered powerfully by both legends and extreme action sequences laid down to compose a sprawling crime story, the plot cannot fail; not only because the director has too much style, but De Niro and Pacino make it even more exciting.
I recommend this film to any action fan and if you like De Niro or Pacino, you must watch this. 9/10.
