Cute and happy--a self-contained, colorful, musical, warm story. Sure, the plot isn't earth shattering but honestly a cliched dramatic story would have weighed it down. A lot of feel-good movies are tainted by overused lines and souped-up drama to make you cry, but this movie escapes all of that! You gotta just sit back and enjoy being immersed in the character's lives for an hour and a half, then go eat some ice cream to try and prolong the sweet, refreshing goodness a little longer.
