Review of Heartless (2010) by Alexa B — 05 Dec 2010

So I'm kind of confused to say the least. Not entirely sure I understand what did and did not happen in this movie - what was real and what was not. The story and concept is interesting and the acting was quite well done. Visually it was also pretty good - there was one of the most disturbing scenes I have EVER seen. The transitions bothered me though - they were choppy and ruined the flow. The music fit, but not consistantly. And most importantly the story is just unclear. I didn't expect to love this film, and that indeed was the case.

What did this movie teach me? Everyone in England has been in a gang at some point (apparently).
