Great performance by Slater. He shows that he actually has acting talent. The ending is kinda disappointing, but not really bad. The CGI in the movie is pretty bad, but doesn't really take away from the movie, as you can argue that it is all his imagination and that is the way he imagined it.
Worth a watch.
