Review of He Knows You're Alone (1980) by Sarah F — 31 Oct 2006
This is an unsung gem of a Horror flick. I think the reason die-hards dont like it is because there isnt a lot of murders shown and there isnt a whole lotta blood as far as these things go. But I love this movie.
It has real creepy elements (The movie theatre stabbing, the fishtank thing, the knife missing from the knives on the wall etc.) It's one of those dark rainy nights alone flicks. PLUS: Where else are you gonna see Tom Hanks as a cheap date borrowing money and taking his date to a Haunted House ride in an amusewment park? Watch him beg a little girl for candy! He's a hoot!
