Review of Hatchet II (2010) by Shaun M — 03 Jan 2011
A mostly pedestrian sequel despite a good effort from scream queen Danielle Harris and some wildly inventive kills along the way. There's just not enough here to sustain a feature film, even if it is merely 80 minutes; at a point, Hatchet 2 doesn't so much spoof gutter-grade horror sequels so much as become one itself.
